EKONOMICKO \u2013 SOCI\u00c1LNA OBLAS\u0164<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. KOLEKT\u00cdVNE VYJEDN\u00c1VANIE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kolekt\u00edvne vyjedn\u00e1vanie je z\u00e1kladnou \u010dinnos\u0165ou SOZ PT\ns&nbsp;cie\u013eom:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Presadzova\u0165 rozhoduj\u00faci v\u00fdznam kolekt\u00edvneho vyjedn\u00e1vania pri uplat\u0148ovan\u00ed n\u00e1rokov&nbsp; zamestnancov nad r\u00e1mec v\u0161eobecne z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00fdch pr\u00e1vnych predpisov. MZDOV\u00c1 OBLAS\u0164<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cie\u013eom SOZ PT je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Presadzova\u0165 rast miezd v&nbsp;takej v\u00fd\u0161ke, aby sa zabr\u00e1nilo poklesu re\u00e1lnych miezd.<br \/>b) Sledova\u0165 v\u00fdvoj miezd a \u017eivotn\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov s&nbsp;cie\u013eom udr\u017ea\u0165 a zvy\u0161ova\u0165 \u00farove\u0148&nbsp;re\u00e1lnych miezd.<br \/>c)&nbsp;Presadzova\u0165 formou kolekt\u00edvneho vyjedn\u00e1vania zv\u00fd\u0161enie miezd a&nbsp;pr\u00edplatkov zamestnancov pod\u013ea jednotliv\u00fdch kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed zaradenia.<br \/>d) Presadzova\u0165 primeran\u00fd odstup minim\u00e1lnej mzdy od \u017eivotn\u00e9ho minima tak, aby bol zabezpe\u010den\u00fd nevyhnutn\u00fd motiva\u010dn\u00fd charakter v&nbsp;prospech zamestnanca a v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce.<br \/>e) Podporova\u0165 postupn\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017eenie odvodov\u00e9ho a da\u0148ov\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia zamestnancov.<br \/>f)&nbsp;Po\u017eadova\u0165 zachovanie&nbsp; pravidelnej valoriz\u00e1cie minim\u00e1lnej mzdy.<br \/>g) Predklada\u0165 stanovisk\u00e1 a pripomienky k&nbsp;pripravovan\u00fdm n\u00e1vrhom z\u00e1konov, vyhl\u00e1\u0161ok, resp. nariaden\u00ed z&nbsp;ekonomickej a mzdovej oblasti.<br \/>h)&nbsp;Spolupracova\u0165 s&nbsp;KOZ SR pri presadzovan\u00ed mzdov\u00fdch po\u017eiadaviek zamestnancov v&nbsp;z\u00e1vislosti na ich odvodov\u00e9 a da\u0148ov\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie, k&nbsp;valoriz\u00e1cii miezd v&nbsp;s\u00falade s&nbsp;rastom&nbsp; \u017eivotn\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov a dodr\u017eiavanie ich ob\u010dianskych&nbsp;pr\u00e1v.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. SOCI\u00c1LNA OBLAS\u0164<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cie\u013eom SOZ PT je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Z\u00e1sadn\u00fa pozornos\u0165 venova\u0165 ovplyv\u0148ovaniu&nbsp; legislat\u00edvnych n\u00e1vrhov v&nbsp;soci\u00e1lnej oblasti.<br \/>b) Presadzova\u0165 zachovanie pracovn\u00fdch miest.<br \/>c) Presadzova\u0165 vyu\u017e\u00edvanie doplnkov\u00e9ho d\u00f4chodkov\u00e9ho sporenia zamestnancov,<br \/>d) Presadzova\u0165 zachovanie soci\u00e1lneho fondu, zv\u00fd\u0161enie spodnej hranice povinn\u00e9ho pr\u00eddelu z&nbsp;n\u00e1kladov zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov.<br \/>e) V spolupr\u00e1ci s&nbsp;pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdm odborov\u00fdm org\u00e1nom, kontrolova\u0165 spr\u00e1vnos\u0165 tvorby a pou\u017eitia soci\u00e1lneho fondu.<br \/>f) &nbsp;Presadzova\u0165 stanovenie konkr\u00e9tnej hranice veku n\u00e1roku na starobn\u00fd d\u00f4chodok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>III. PRACOVNOPR\u00c1VNA OBLAS\u0164<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cie\u013eom SOZ PT je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Zabezpe\u010dova\u0165 ochranu pr\u00e1v \u010dlenov a funkcion\u00e1rov SOZ PT v&nbsp;pracovnopr\u00e1vnych vz\u0165ahoch, poskytova\u0165 pr\u00e1vne poradenstvo.<br \/>2. Presadzova\u0165 u zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov, aby pri prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165an\u00ed zamestnancov z&nbsp;d\u00f4vodov organiza\u010dn\u00fdch zmien boli tieto vopred&nbsp; prerokovan\u00e9 s&nbsp;pr\u00edslu\u0161nou odborovou organiz\u00e1ciou.<br \/>3. Pri ochrane a zabezpe\u010dovan\u00ed pr\u00e1v \u010dlenov SOZ PT spolupracova\u0165 so v\u0161etk\u00fdmi \u00fastredn\u00fdmi org\u00e1nmi \u0161t\u00e1tnej spr\u00e1vy, osobitne s&nbsp;Ministerstvom dopravy p\u00f4\u0161t a telekomunik\u00e1ci\u00ed SR, s&nbsp;\u00daradom pr\u00e1ce soci\u00e1lnych vec\u00ed a rodiny, s&nbsp;N\u00e1rodn\u00fdm in\u0161pektor\u00e1tom pr\u00e1ce, samospr\u00e1vnymi org\u00e1nmi V\u00daC a&nbsp;KOZ SR.<br \/>4. Vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 ustanovenie Z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce a Z\u00e1kona o kolekt\u00edvnom vyjedn\u00e1van\u00ed na zabezpe\u010dovanie s\u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov so zv\u00e4zmi zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov, ako aj s&nbsp;jednotliv\u00fdmi zamestn\u00e1vate\u013emi v&nbsp;z\u00e1ujme \u010dlenov odborov a tie\u017e ostatn\u00fdch zamestnancov.<br \/>5. Metodicky usmer\u0148ova\u0165&nbsp; funkcion\u00e1rsky akt\u00edv z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed. Ostatn\u00e9&nbsp;konzult\u00e1cie, zamera\u0165 na tie oblasti &nbsp;pracovnopr\u00e1vnych predpisov, kde je najvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdskyt poru\u0161ovania pr\u00e1vnych noriem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 style=\"text-align:center\">IV. OBLAS\u0164 BEZPE\u010cNOSTI A OCHRANY ZDRAVIA PRI PR\u00c1CI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. &nbsp;Vykon\u00e1va\u0165 odborov\u00fa kontrolu nad BOZP prostredn\u00edctvom zv\u00e4zovej in\u0161pekcie, komisie BOZP a z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed SOZ PT. Osobitn\u00fa pozornos\u0165 pri&nbsp;kontrol\u00e1ch zamera\u0165 najm\u00e4 na:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) dodr\u017eiavanie pracovnopr\u00e1vnych a ostatn\u00fdch predpisov&nbsp; k&nbsp;zaisteniu BOZP,<br \/>b) \u010di zamestn\u00e1vatelia riadne vy\u0161etruj\u00fa pracovn\u00e9 \u00farazy, z\u00fa\u010dastni\u0165 sa na zis\u0165ovan\u00ed ich pr\u00ed\u010din a zdrojov,<br \/>c) soci\u00e1lne vybavenie pracov\u00edsk,<br \/>d) sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165 na pr\u00e1cu u vybran\u00fdch povolan\u00ed a \u010dinnost\u00ed,<br \/>e) zabezpe\u010dovanie periodick\u00fdch prevent\u00edvnych lek\u00e1rskych prehliadok, lek\u00e1rskych prehliadok na rizikov\u00fdch pr\u00e1cach,<br \/>f) &nbsp;vybavovanie zamestnancov s&nbsp;osobn\u00fdmi ochrann\u00fdmi pracovn\u00fdmi prostriedkami a kontrolu ich pou\u017e\u00edvania,<br \/>g) v\u010dasn\u00fa n\u00e1hradu \u0161kody postihnut\u00e9mu zamestnancovi pri pracovnom \u00faraze alebo chorobe z&nbsp;povolania, <br \/>h) identifik\u00e1ciu mo\u017en\u00fdch nebezpe\u010denstiev a ohrozen\u00ed v&nbsp;pracovnom procese <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Poskytova\u0165 metodick\u00fa a poradensk\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1m SOZ PT, &nbsp;in\u0161pektorom BOZP a z\u00e1stupcom zamestnancov pre ot\u00e1zky BOZP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 style=\"text-align:center\">V.
